Is shipping really free?

Yes, shipping to Germany, Switzerland, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand is free. Your poster is packed in a sturdy protective tube (framed posters in a box) and delivered to your door. There are no shipping charges on top.

What quality is the print?

Every poster is printed at 300 DPI with fade-resistant inks, unframed on 250gsm museum paper and framed on 200gsm matte paper, so it can hang on your wall for many years.

Can I order multiple copies?

Yes. Choose the number of copies (up to 10, or up to 3 for framed A1) in the design step or in the checkout summary. All copies of one order ship together to one address; for different addresses, place a separate order per recipient. Family members can also order their own copy via your family link.

Frequently asked questions

It mostly depends on the occasion. Heritage Oak is our classic for gifts and the living room, such as a grandparent’s milestone birthday or a golden anniversary: a painted tree with the ancestors of one person or all descendants of a couple. Modern Clean puts the whole family in one picture, with ancestors, children, partners and siblings, and suits weddings, a new baby or a family reunion. Heritage Fan shows the direct ancestors over many generations in a semicircle and is ideal for genealogists. All three cost the same, and you can preview each one before ordering.

All delivery times count from payment, printing included. Unframed posters: Germany 3–5 business days, Switzerland 5–8, Australia and New Zealand 7–10. Framed posters take 4–7 business days within Germany; outside Germany they ship as parcels from the framing hub and take 7–12 business days. To the USA and Canada we currently ship framed A4 posters only. For some destinations outside Germany a destination surcharge applies to the frame; the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
