Troubleshooting
Cannot find the export option?
You can go directly to myheritage.com/family-tree-export in your browser. Make sure you are logged in and that you are the tree owner.
Should I include photos?
Photos are optional. Including them makes the file larger; if your export exceeds the 10 MB upload limit, export without photos.
Export shows fewer people than expected?
Make sure you selected the correct tree if you have multiple trees on MyHeritage. The export includes all people in the selected tree.
